Julie Niesen is a Marketing Manager for Thought Leadership in Cisco’s Intent-Based Networking Group. She brings fifteen years of writing and marketing experience in industries including hospitality, education, high tech manufacturing, and journalism. She was named one of Digital Marketing’s Rising Stars in 2016, and a 2013 40 Under 40 by the Cincinnati Business Courier. Prior to joining Cisco, she led blog and thought leadership strategy for Zebra Technologies. When she’s not writing about networking, you’ll find her at home in Cincinnati, Ohio with her French Bulldog GoGo cooking, reading, or lifting heavy things and putting them back down again.
